Jackson Morrison Signs NAHL Tender Agreement
The NAPHL’s T1ER League is excited to announce the tender agreement signed between the St. Cloud Norsemen of the NAHL and the Madison Capitals 16U AAA defenseman Jackson Morrison. The agreement will carry through the end of the 2026-27 season.
During the 2025-26 NAT1HL season, the Cashton, Wisconsin native dominated the blueline on both sides of the puck. Morrison recorded 12 points in 16 games including three goals and nine assists.
The 12 total points that Morrison recorded left him ranked in the top-10 across all defensemen in the league at the 16U level. His nine assists left him ranked sixth among all defensemen.
The best offensive performance in the NAT1HL by Morrison came against Carshield on Feb. 14. The 6-foot-3 defenseman recorded three assists and helped lead his team to a 6-3 victory.
Morrison is the only player from the Madison Capitals 16U AAA team to sign a tender agreement with a NAHL team this season.

A tender is a contract, of sorts, a player signs announcing his intentions to play for that particular NAHL team and that NAHL team only. Once a player signs a tender with an NAHL team, his playing rights belong to that team within the NAHL and he may not be recruited by any other NAHL team. Each team is granted ten (10) tenders, which include two (2) tenders exclusively used on players from the T1ER - plus or minus any trades - which became active on November 1st. Tendered players are not eligible for the 2026 NAHL Draft.
