Ben Holdsworth Signs NAHL Tender Agreement

The NAPHL’s T1ER League is excited to announce the tender agreement signed between the New Mexico Ice Wolves of the NAHL and the Philadelphia Little Flyers 18U AAA defenseman Ben Holdsworth. The agreement will carry through the end of the 2026-27 season. 

During the 2025-26 NAT1HL season, the Bear, Delaware native played an important role for the Little Flyers on the blue line. His 6-foot-3 frame and reach impressed many who watched him play. 

This season, Holdsworth recorded 10 points which left him in the top-3 of all defensemen in the NAT1HL. Those 10 points consisted of two goals and eight assists. 

The best offensive performance of the season from Holdsworth came on Sept. 26 against Biggby Coffee. Holdsworth recorded two assists in the Little Flyers’ 4-0 victory. 

Holdsworth is one of five players from the Philadelphia Little Flyers 18U AAA team to sign a tender agreement with a NAHL team this season.

A tender is a contract, of sorts, a player signs announcing his intentions to play for that particular NAHL team and that NAHL team only. Once a player signs a tender with an NAHL team, his playing rights belong to that team within the NAHL and he may not be recruited by any other NAHL team. Each team is granted ten (10) tenders, which include two (2) tenders exclusively used on players from the T1ER - plus or minus any trades - which became active on November 1st. Tendered players are not eligible for the 2026 NAHL Draft
