Lincoln Stars AAA 18U forward Harker signs NAHL Tender

The NAPHL’s T1ER League is excited to announce the tender agreement signed between the Bismarck Bobcats of the NAHL and the Lincoln Stars 18U AAA forward William Harker. The agreement will carry through the end of the 2026-27 season. 

During the 2025-26 NAT1HL season, Harker played in nine games for the Stars. He recorded seven total points in those games including five assists. 

Throughout his career with Lincoln in the NAT1HL the Pleasanton, California native has over double the amount of assists than he does goals. It is clear that his puck moving capabilities and playmaking game-style is what makes him stand out. 

The 2007 birth year’s best performance of the season came on Oct. 18 against Biggby Coffee. Harker scored both goals in the Lincoln Stars’ 2-0 victory. 

So far this season Harker has played six games with the Bismarck Bobcats and has continued his playmaking ways. On March 27 against the Minnesota Mallards, Harker recorded two assists marking his first multi-point game in the NAHL. 

Harker is one of three players from the Lincoln Stars 18U AAA team to sign a tender agreement with a NAHL team this season.

A tender is a contract, of sorts, a player signs announcing his intentions to play for that particular NAHL team and that NAHL team only. Once a player signs a tender with an NAHL team, his playing rights belong to that team within the NAHL and he may not be recruited by any other NAHL team. Each team is granted ten (10) tenders, which include two (2) tenders exclusively used on players from the T1ER - plus or minus any trades - which became active on November 1st. Tendered players are not eligible for the 2026 NAHL Draft.
