Biggby 16U forward Couch signs NAHL Tender
The NAPHL’s T1ER League is excited to announce the tender agreement signed between the Shreveport Mudbugs of the NAHL and the Biggby Coffee AAA Hockey 16U forward Logan Couch. The agreement will carry through the end of the 2026-27 season.
During the 2025-26 NAT1HL season, the 2009 birth year impressed those who came to watch him play. In Couch’s eight games played, the forward scored 2 goals and added 2 helpers.
The 5-foot-7 forward’s performance on the ice helped his team finish third in the league with 34 points and a points percentage of .667.
With the Allegan, Michigan native in the lineup, Biggby Coffee had an impressive record of 6-1-1 with one of those wins coming against the first ranked team in the league.
Couch is the only player from the Biggby Coffee AAA Hockey 16U team to sign a tender agreement with a NAHL team this season.

A tender is a contract, of sorts, a player signs announcing his intentions to play for that particular NAHL team and that NAHL team only. Once a player signs a tender with an NAHL team, his playing rights belong to that team within the NAHL and he may not be recruited by any other NAHL team. Each team is granted ten (10) tenders, which include two (2) tenders exclusively used on players from the T1ER - plus or minus any trades - which became active on November 1st. Tendered players are not eligible for the 2026 NAHL Draft.
