Mastery 18U forward Frederick signs NAHL Tender

The NAPHL’s T1ER League is pleased to announce that Omaha Mastery 18U forward Jayton Frederick has signed a NAHL tender agreement for the 2025-26 season with the Aberdeen Wings of the NAHL’s Central Division.
Frederick, 18, recently completed his second season with the Mastery program and his first at the 18U level. Over the course of 32 games split between the 16U and 18U squads, the Mankato, MN native recorded 19 points (9 goals, 10 assists). His standout performance of the 2024-25 season came during the opening event, where he registered points in back-to-back games, scoring goals against both the Los Angeles Jr. Kings and the Minnesota Walleye, and adding an assist.
Frederick was selected to compete in the Top Prospects Tournament in both 2024 and 2025, representing Mastery with Team White and Team Gold. He posted three points in each appearance, making a strong impression at the heavily scouted event.
He is one of four players from Omaha’s 18U squad to sign an NAHL tender for the 2025-26 season.

A tender is a contract, of sorts, a player signs announcing his intentions to play for that particular NAHL team and that NAHL team only. Once a player signs a tender with an NAHL team, his playing rights belong to that team within the NAHL and he may not be recruited by any other NAHL team. Each team is granted ten (10) tenders, which include two (2) tenders exclusively used on players from the T1ER - plus or minus any trades - which became active on November 1st. Tendered players are not eligible for the 2025 NAHL Draft.
