Capitols 18U forward Ezman signs NAHL Tender

The NAPHL’s T1ER League is pleased to announce that Madison Capitols 18U forward Wyatt Ezman has signed a NAHL tender agreement for the 2025-26 season with the Janesville Jets of the NAHL’s Midwest Division.
Ezman, 17, is no stranger to the T1ER league, having spent the past four seasons with the Madison Capitols across the 14U, 15U, 16U, and 18U levels. A native of Middleton, WI, he appeared in 52 league games, including 16 during the 2024-25 campaign. His final season at the 18U level was a standout, as he not only led his team in scoring but also finished fifth in the entire division with 27 points (13 goals, 14 assists) in just 16 games.
Ezman’s scoring consistency was a hallmark of his season, highlighted by five games in which he recorded three points apiece. One of his most memorable performances came during the Dixon Cup, where he tallied two goals, including the game-winner and an assist in a 4-3 victory over the Wasatch Renegades to close out the season. That standout effort was part of a seven-point showing at the Championship event, which earned him a spot on the Dixon Cup All-Playoff Team.
Ezman is one of two players from Madison’s 18U team who has signed an NAHL tender agreement for the upcoming season.

A tender is a contract, of sorts, a player signs announcing his intentions to play for that particular NAHL team and that NAHL team only. Once a player signs a tender with an NAHL team, his playing rights belong to that team within the NAHL and he may not be recruited by any other NAHL team. Each team is granted ten (10) tenders, which include two (2) tenders exclusively used on players from the T1ER - plus or minus any trades - which became active on November 1st. Tendered players are not eligible for the 2025 NAHL Draft.
