Biggby Coffee 18U forward Viviano signs NAHL Tender

January 27, 2025

The NAPHL’s T1ER League is pleased to announce that Biggby Coffee forward Sal Viviano has signed a NAHL tender agreement for the 2025-26 season with the Shreveport Mudbugs of the NAHL’s South Division.

Viviano,17, is currently playing his first season with Biggby Coffee at the 18U level. Throughout the T1ER season thus far, the Grand Blanc, MI native is over a point per game player, registering 12 points (4 goals, 8 assists) in 8 games. In addition to tallying points in 7 straight contests, his best game to date came on December 14th as his team defeated the Philadelphia Jr. Flyers. During this contest, he opened the scoring for Biggby, in addition to dishing out three assists to help his team to a 7-5 victory.  For his efforts on the weekend, he was selected as a T1ER Peak Performer at the 18U level.

With this year’s success, Coach Jason Campbell of the Mudbugs has called up Viviano for a pair of games at the NAHL level. While appearing in  2 games for the Mudbugs, he has tallied a pair of goals and an assist.

Viviano is one of two Mudbugs tenders playing for Biggby this season, part of 8 members of Biggby’s 18U team who have signed an NAHL tender agreement for the upcoming season.

A tender is a contract, of sorts, a player signs announcing his intentions to play for that particular NAHL team and that NAHL team only. Once a player signs a tender with an NAHL team, his playing rights belong to that team within the NAHL and he may not be recruited by any other NAHL team. Each team is granted ten (10) tenders, which include two (2) tenders exclusively used on players from the T1ER - plus or minus any trades - which became active on November 1st. Tendered players are not eligible for the 2025 NAHL Draft.
