The 2nd FALL League event is underway

The second event of the NAPHL FALL League is officially underway!  Played in conjunction with the NAHL Showcase, the weekend offers players the unique opportunity to play in an event attended by scouts from every NCAA School in the country, in addition to all 35 NAHL teams.  

18U and 16U FALL League teams are built by the NAHL clubs and are designed for High School players looking for exposure in the league. The FALL League not only exposes players to NAHL coaches and scouts but also provides an invaluable opportunity for them to compete in a structured league format before the Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, & Michigan high school hockey seasons begin.  The Fall league is proving to be a valuable stepping stone to the NAHL.

The NAHL continues to be the leader in providing players the platform to earn NCAA opportunities. 400 players made NCAA commitments during the 2023-24 season with 283 (71%) of those being NCAA Division I commitments.

The NAHL Showcase plays a big role in that success, with dozens of players each season earning an NCAA Division I opportunity during and following their participation in the event.

Over the course of the four day event, the NAHL Showcase attracts over 9,000 people in overall attendance, including more than 300 professional, college and junior scouts.  For scouting purposes, the NAHL Showcase is the premier event of its kind and is a yearly gathering for every NCAA program and NHL team as they get their first look at some of the best and brightest hockey talent North America has to offer.
