August 14, 2017

The Omaha AAA Hockey Club, former members of the NAPHL, are pleased to announce that 16U forward Logan Will has committed to play NCAA Division I hockey for Colorado College in the NCHC.
Will, 17, has spent the past two seasons playing in the NAPHL for Omaha’s 16U team.
During the 2016-17 season, the native of Ames, Iowa, was one of the top players for his squad. Will (5’11/180) was 5th on the team in scoring with 25 points in just 18 games played.
He was also selected to and played in the 2016 NAPHL 16U All-Star Game, where he recorded a goal for Team Dixon.
During the season, Will signed an NAHL tender agreement with the Coulee Region Chill.
"I cannot think of a player more deserving of this opportunity than Logan. He has done everything that was asked of him and more. He is a complete 200-foot player who had a terrific season last year. Simply put, Logan conducts himself the right way on and off the ice while also being a tremendous leader and ambassador for the Omaha AAA program,” said David Wilkie, former head coach for the Omaha NAPHL team and current head coach from the Omaha Lancers in the USHL.
In 36 career NAPHL games at the 16U level, Will recorded 35 career points.
