Omaha 16U forward Anderson makes NCAA DI commitment

The Omaha AAA Hockey Club, proud members of the North American Prospects Hockey League (NAPHL), are pleased to announce that 16U forward Jaden Anderson has committed to play NCAA Division 1 Hockey at Lake Superior State University starting in the fall of 2017.
Lake Superior State is a member of the Western College Hockey Association (WCHA).
Anderson is a native of Aurora, Colorado and is in his second season with the Omaha AAA Hockey Club. So far this year, the 5'10/178 lbs. center has amassed 4 goals and 14 assists for 18 points in 15 games overall for the Omaha AAA 16U Team that is again ranked as one of the top teams in the country. Anderson is an explosive and dangerous playmaking pivot for Omaha.
In NAPHL league play , the 16 year old has 2 goals and 3 assists for 5 points through the first five games in Blaine. Omaha's first game at the next event in Romeoville will be against undefeated Anaheim.
Anderson is now the fourth member of this years 16U Omaha Team to receive an NCAA Division 1 Hockey Scholarship joining Ethen Frank (Western Michigan) , Casey Gilling (Northern Michigan) and Bryan Yoon (Colorado College).
