Colorado Springs 18U goalie French gets call to NAHL

The Colorado Springs Tigers of the North American Prospects Hockey League (NAPHL) are pleased to announce that 18U goalie Keaton French has been called up to the Fairbanks Ice Dogs of the North American Hockey League (NAHL).
French, 17, is in his third season playing in the NAPHL for the Tigers organization and first season at the 18U level. The 6’1/181 lbs. native of Fairbanks, Alaska, is off to a good start this season with the Tigers 18U team.
In six NAPHL games, he has posted a 2-2-1 record with a 1.93 goals against average and a .920 save percentage.
The 2018-19 campaign saw French post a impressive .936 save pecentage and 2.04 goals against average at the 16U level. He was named the Apex Learning 16U Goaltender Peak Performer for October 2018.
French dressed for both games this past weekend for the Ice Dogs and is the first player from the Colorado Springs Tigers 18U to be called up this season.
