16U Division:
In the 16U Division, the two remaining undefeated teams with perfect records stayed that way as Omaha picked up two more wins (both shutouts) over the Detroit Falcons and Pursuit of Excellence.  Meanwhile the Pittsburgh Viper Stars, who like Omaha are now 12-0-0, posted two wins over the San Jose Jr. Sharks and the West Michigan Warriors.  Right behind those two teams is the Anaheim Jr. Ducks who won both their games with back-to-back shutouts of the Cleveland Jr. Lumberjacks and Indiana Jr. Ice, which sets the Ducks up with a showdown with Omaha on Monday.  The Wenatchee Wild also went 2-0 on Sunday with a 5-2 win over the Lansing Capitals and a 3-2 shootout win against a surging New Jersey Jr. Titans team.  The other team to post a 2-0 record on Sunday was the California Titans, who beat Atlanta 5-2 and Texas 5-4 as Jacob Hamacher racked up five points in the two games.  The New Jersey Jr. Titans were the only team to pick up a win and a shootout loss on Sunday as the beat West Michigan 9-1 win the morning, but lost to Wenatchee in a shootout in the afternoon.  The Phoenix Firebirds showed improvement as they lost both their games, but both losses came in shootouts netting them two points on Sunday.  San Jose, St. Louis, Pikes Peak, Cleveland, Texas, Atlanta and Detroit all went 1-1 on Sunday, while Pursuit of Excellence, Lansing, West Michigan and Indiana all went 0-2 on the event’s third day.

Bantam Tournament Series:
The Rosemount Irish and the St. Louis Selects picked up semi-final wins in the morning setting up the Championship game in the early afternoon.  San Jose picked up a win over Pikes Peak in the consolation game as Dylan Dix scored four goals.  In the title game, the Irish capped off a perfect 5-0 tournament with a 6-2 win over the St. Louis Selects.  Dylan McDonald and Charlie Monn each had two goals and an assist, as Rosemount broke open the game with five, 3rd period goals.  Monn lead the way for the Irish during the Showcase with 11 points in five games played.
