Rosters, schedule announced for 2024 SHOW Top Prospects
The North American Prospects Hockey League (NAPHL) has announced the schedule for the SHOW Top Prospects Tournament, set to take place April 19th through 21st at the OhioHealth Chiller North in Lewis Center, Ohio.
This is the 2nd annual Top Prospects Tournament for the SHOW League, which has grown from two teams to four. The event will be shaped as a round-robin tournament, with each team playing three games on Friday and Saturday. Results will be set to seed for a final Championship and Consolation Championship to face off on Sunday, April 21st.
Players were selected by nomination from their head coaches with input from NAHL Central Scouting and consideration to their season performance. This provides a unique opportunity for these players as scouts from all NA3HL teams and many NAHL scouts will be in attendance, looking for the next crop of talent to load their rosters with for the 2024-2025 season.
“Within the North American League, and all of the leagues under the NAHL umbrella, we pride ourselves in being able to help players continue to move up the ladder and into NCAA hockey. This is no different for our SHOW League. The SHOW League Coaches nominated their top players to participate in this event and have a unique opportunity to compete against the other top players in the league. Some of these SHOW League players have signed tenders for next season, some are still looking for opportunities. However, all of them will have the opportunity to compete in front of every NA3HL program in an effort to showcase themselves to their new teams or potential future teams. Combine that with the NAHL Coaches and Scouts we’ll have in the building for the NAHL Combine and this is a win-win and a great opportunity for all of our players to take advantage of,” said Dennis Vickers, Director of Player Personnel and Director of the NAPHL.

7:30 pm: Team Gold vs Team Red
The SHOW Top Prospects Tournament is played in conjunction with the North American Hockey League's (NAHL) Columbus Combine in Lewis Center, Ohio.
