Sioux Falls 18U defenseman Mutschelknaus called up to NAHL

The Sioux Falls Power of the NAPHL are pleased to announce that 18U Defenseman Nathan Mutschelknaus has been called up to Minot Minotauros of the NAHL.
 
Mutschelknaus, 18, is off to a great start in the 2018-19 campaign, helping lead the Power to 5-2-1 start in NAPHL 18U High Performance Division with 1 goal and 2 assists in 8 games.
 
The 6’1/195 lbs. native of Brandon South Dakota played against the Brookings Blizzard on October 27th recording 1 assist and a +4 rating for the game.
 
“We would like to thank the Minot Minotauros organization, coaches and scouts for allowing Nate the opportunity to play with the Minotauros. Nathan has worked very hard for this opportunity and we couldn’t be prouder of Nate," said Power 18U head coach Chris Blaisuis.
 
Mutschelknaus is the first player from the Sioux Falls 18U and first NAPHL player to be called up and play in an NAHL game this season.
